By using a residential property example, this 5-minute video runs through step-by-step straightforward Acturis quotation process.
This engine picks up the information previously filled in and submitted, and after evaluation of all the information introduced, the platform will return a quote including contingencies that reflect the level of risk on a Bronze cover.
The fields required to generate the quotation include, among other:
- Occupant type – tick non occupant type
- Percentage of premises that is residential and unoccupied
- Percentage of premises that is commercial and unoccupied
- Date of property
- Unoccupied reason
- Length of expected occupancy
Please note that the percentage of premises that is residential and unoccupied or percentage of premises that is commercial and unoccupied must amount to 100%.
